Perineal Physiotherapy/ Pelvic Floor exercices:
Following birth, it is recommended to practice pelvic floor exercises, to help recuperating from the impacts of pregnancy and labour on your body.
I suggest we initially assess your pelvic floor (perineum) with a few questions, to determine any potential symptoms and then plan our sessions to get you back in full control of your body.
The technique I use is called 'Eutonie' and is based on postural movements to enhance the pelvic floor fonction and reduce the daily impacts it is under. All our sessions take place fully dressed and without vaginal exam.
These visits last 30 minutes and take place at my office. Your baby is, of course, welcome during these sessions, and you can use the transat put for this instance in the office.
