Perineal Physiotherapy/ Pelvic Floor exercices:
Following birth, it is recommended to practice pelvic floor exercises, to help recuperating from the impacts of pregnancy and labour on your body.
I suggest we initially assess your pelvic floor (perineum) and then plan our sessions (manual and/or electro-stimulation) to get you back in full control of your body.
These visits last 30 minutes and take place at my office. Your baby is, of course, welcome during these sessions, and you can use the transat put for this instance in the office.
